The School of Present Time is dedicated to one essential art: learning how to truly live “here and now”. Without this anchoring in the present, our lives are unconsciously shaped by past experiences and unresolved traumas.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What we perceive, how we relate to others, and how we make choices are often filtered through old memories rather than direct experience.<\/p>\n

The practices taught in this school are tools for inhabiting the present. They do not deny the past or the future; instead, they allow us to meet them consciously, without being trapped by them.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
